Nico's 1967 Debut Solo Album

Chelsea Girl is the debut solo album from Nico, released in October 1967 on Verve Records. Named for Andy Warhol's film Chelsea Girls, in which she starred, it features instrumental and songwriting contributions from members of the Velvet Underground, a Bob Dylan song in "I'll Keep It with Mine," and three songs by a young Jackson Browne, who also plays guitar.
