Return To Greendale is the next installment in Neil Young's Performance Series (#16), featuring a concert from the historic 2003 tour supporting the Neil Young with Crazy Horse album Greendale. On that tour, Young and Crazy Horse were joined onstage by a large cast of singers and actors to perform the story of the small town of Greendale, with the ten songs from the original album performed in sequence and the cast speaking the sung words to heighten the intensity.
