The Melvins' fifth album and major-label debut, Houdini was the band's best-selling release, cresting at No. 29 on the Billboard Heatseekers chart. Six tracks were produced by Kurt Cobain, and the album reached many new listeners via the MTV-aired "Honey Bucket." This reissue is mastered directly from the original analog tapes and housed in a gatefold sleeve with cover art by legendary poster artist Frank Kozik.
