Coconut Oil is the debut solo EP by American singer and rapper Lizzo, originally released in 2016 as her first major-label release. Lizzo co-wrote each song, enlisting producers Ricky Reed, Christian Rich, Dubbel Dutch, and Jesse Shatkin. A departure from her earlier hip hop work, the EP explores body positivity, self-love, and the journey toward those ideals — anchored by the breakout anthem "Good as Hell."
