Korn is the eponymous 1994 debut studio album by the American nu-metal band Korn. The band stormed the alternative scene virtually overnight and is widely credited with establishing nu-metal, inspiring acts from Limp Bizkit and Coal Chamber to Slipknot and Sepultura. The album launched the career of producer Ross Robinson and went Gold in the United States little more than a year after release, spawning the singles "Blind," "Need To," "Shoots and Ladders," and "Clown."
