Live Through This is the second studio album by Hole, the band led by Courtney Love, and is widely considered a contemporary classic. Recorded in October 1993, it marked a move away from the band's unpolished hardcore roots toward more refined melodies and song structures. It was the band's only album to feature bassist Kristen Pfaff, who died in June 1994. Production comes from Sean Slade and Paul Q. Kolderie, with mixing by Scott Litt and J Mascis.
