Neptune is a collection of warped, psychedelic dub and electronic explorations from Higher Authorities — the project of Ade Blackburn and Jonathan Hartley of cult art-rockers Clinic, working alongside legendary dub producer Adrian Sherwood. Released in 2016, it pushes the duo's art-rock instincts through Sherwood's deep, spacious mixing-desk wizardry.
