This Is What the Truth Feels Like is the third solo album by No Doubt vocalist Gwen Stefani, released in 2016. Inspired by the end of her marriage, Stefani wrote the whole record in a few months with producers including Greg Kurstin and Mattman & Robin and songwriters Justin Tranter and Julia Michaels, describing it as a sarcastic, dark-humored "breakup record" balanced by joyful moments. Includes the singles "Used to Love You" and "Make Me Like You."
