Here and There, released in 1976, is a live album drawn from two 1974 concerts — "Here," recorded at the Royal Festival Hall in London, and "There," captured at New York's Madison Square Garden. Issued in part to fulfill a final contractual obligation to DJM Records before Elton's move to his own Rocket label, it offers an energetic snapshot of his mid-'70s touring band at its peak. This pressing includes a digital download.
