Blondie is the 1976 eponymous debut album by Blondie, originally released on Private Stock Records and produced by Richard Gottehrer. It introduced the band's punchy fusion of girl-group melody, new wave energy and CBGB punk, led by the single "X Offender" (originally titled "Sex Offender"). After the band signed to Chrysalis, the reissued album and "In the Flesh" helped break Blondie internationally, particularly in Australia. This is a limited 180-gram vinyl repressing.
